F24c Advantages
F24C attachment has the advantage in that it allows the polystyrene,
once inserted manually in the feed plate, to be forwarded hydraulically
into the machine production area. This allows the machine cycle to
complete more accurately and economically. The process of making
insulated blocks with the F24C is essentially a 2-man operation, a full
time machine operator and an employee to preset the polystyrene pieces.
Simplistic design and operation offer a reduction in labour costs and
greater overall plant efficiency. |
