Egg-laying block machine mod. M 515

Simple, rugged and productive block machine requiring a mimimum plant. It works with the same mould of 842 Hydraulic, but thanks to hydraulic compression M515 decidedly improves the final quality of cement output. F24C Blockmaking

The Finlay F24C range of machines is aimed extensively at the export market. This compact, all purpose, user friendly machine has been adapted to suit each environment from all corners of the globe. From solids to cavity to the very specialised insulated concrete block, the Finlay F24 can do it all.

F24c Advantages

F24C attachment has the advantage in that it allows the polystyrene, once inserted manually in the feed plate, to be forwarded hydraulically into the machine production area. This allows the machine cycle to complete more accurately and economically. The process of making insulated blocks with the F24C is essentially a 2-man operation, a full time machine operator and an employee to preset the polystyrene pieces. Simplistic design and operation offer a reduction in labour costs and greater overall plant efficiency.

F12 Blockmaking

An introductory machine to the model range, giving the same high standard of finished product. This machine was developed specifically to allow minimal capital investment but provide the same quality service as the other machines.
